Law firm “Consulting-Invest” was found in 1993.

In year 2000 with the assistance of law firm “Consulting-Invest” leading experts was created the charitable organization “Fund of informational and legal support of entrepreneurs” – Nonprofit Organization which gives informational and legal support to novice entrepreneurs.

The Data Consulting Center was created on the basis of our firm in March 2001. The main task of Data Consulting Center is bridging and collaboration of governmental authorities and local government with subjects of enterprise activity.

The second firm office was opened in 2003 in Kyiv at the address: Esplanadna st, 4-6, office 901–904.

Nominal discount cards of firm customers, which give an opportunity to card holders to have firm services with the rebate of 5 % were issued in May 2004.

In 2005 on the firm basis was created legal clinic “Femida”, where young lawyers give free advices to great number of people and novice employers.

On the basis of legal firm “Consulting-Invest” was created structural subsection “Informational and advice enterprise promotion center in Kyiv Obolon’ region”.

Primary activity intent of Center is creation of prerequisites for increase of receipts to regional budget by means of favorable conditions arrangement for enterprise registration in Obolon’ region, rendering of informational and advice services for enterprises, legal redress in order to prepare constituent documents for registration, practical assistance in placement of management bodies of enterprise activity subjects , post and informational services, and also cooperation and providing necessary for enterprises information in Obolon’ region.

For achievement of this goal Center realizes following activity categories:

- expert and advice activity concerning enterprises and enterprise activity organization; - working out of business plans for development of newly created and operating enterprises and investments attraction; - advice activity by means of seminars organization, experience interchange, “round-table discussions”; - legal redress in order to receive licenses and patents; - consultation services concerning state of goods and services market and its advancement - support concerning offices and industrial places leasing in Obolon’ region for newly created enterprises; - investment projects working out and maintenance for foreign investments attraction; - investment enterprises attraction analysis of the region; - participation in exhibitions, personnel training and retraining including newly created enterprises; - providing access to information (legal, reference, marketing, scientific and technological, business data, etc.) for entrepreneurs both during creation process and enterprises operation; - data services by means of expansion of new editions concerning enterprise and organization of such data base; - support of enterprises’ in-line activity including post services, necessary office equipment use and secretary services (virtual office) for newly created enterprises; - preparation of information for public authorities in the field of small-scale enterprise and its progress trend; - rendering of services concerning joint use of Center offices for businessmen and newly created enterprises.
